Chief of Staff
Joe Zarrella has been a with the Fattman office since January 2011 where he began as an intern during his sophomore year at Bridgewater State University studying political science. While interning, Joe also served on his hometown’s school committee at the age of 19. During his tenure with the Fattman office, Joe worked in the House of Representatives as a legislative aide prior to becoming Chief of Staff. His areas of policy interests include public health and education.
Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director
Keath serves as our Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director. He previously worked as the Field Director for Senator Fattman’s campaign for state Senate in 2014. A native Milfordian, he received a dual degree in political science and justice studies from the University of New Hampshire. Keath fully understands the complexities of the legislative process and possesses an in-depth knowledge of how public policy is shaped on the state and local level.
Constituent Services and District Director
Mark Reil currently works as our District and Constituent Services Director. Mark serves as a Selectman in Mendon and was previously the Assistant Operations Manager at Southwick’s Zoo. Mark understands the importance of local and state government working for people and works hard to assist constituents with issues they may be experiencing.
Tyler Spencer is currently a part-time student at Framingham State University and a legislative intern for Senator Fattman. In the office, he assists with constituent case work and district operations. At school, he studies Political Science with a focus in American politics. After he finishes his B.A., he hopes to obtain a master’s in public administration or a law degree.
Previously, Tyler worked on the Kelly Ayotte campaign for the NH Senate as a field representative. Traveling all across the southern half of NH, he listened to the concerns of thousands of voters in this past election. He looks forward to listening and helping the people of the Worcester Norfolk Senate district.
